1. Service Description

PopMyApp is a platform for creating personalized digital gift apps. You design an app using our builder, pay a one-time fee, and receive a shareable link to your custom app.

2. Pricing & Payment

• App creation: $9.90 one-time payment
• Remove branding: $4.90 additional (optional)
• Payments processed securely by Lemon Squeezy
• All sales are final — no refunds (apps are delivered instantly)

3. Hosting & Availability

Published apps are hosted for the lifetime of the PopMyApp service. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Content Guidelines

You may not use PopMyApp to create apps containing:

• Illegal, harmful, or threatening content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Spam, malware, or deceptive content

We reserve the right to remove any app that violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, videos, text). By using our service, you grant PopMyApp a license to host and display your content as part of the published app.

6. Limitation of Liability

PopMyApp is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including data loss or service interruption.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
